Step 1 - RESEARCH
The most important part of any project is research: we dig deep to understand the DNA of our clients, establish their goals, and build a firm foundation for our design work. We crowdsurf into their audience, get to know their troubles, and find the best voice and style to tell their story. Importantly, the very people creating the concepts are doing this research. This eliminates any loss in translation and keeps it present throughout the entire process.
Step 2 - CONCEPT & EXECUTION
We like to start on the big picture, with broad strokes and wild ideas, gradually whittling down to a fine point. We examine the problem from every angle, with every lense, constantly checking in with each other and our clients to make sure we’re on the same page.
And then, we do. We flex our creative muscles with the same relentless attention to detail, be it a small spot illustration or an extensive branding project.
Step 3 - PRESENTATION & REVIEW
Our favorite part: showing the fruits of our labor. We release the animal into the world, across channels and feeds, through digital and analog. But a project is never fully done — we assess every project internally, to measure how well we fared, collect our thoughts on where we struggled, and set ourselves up for the next adventure. There’s always something new to learn, a different angle to try, a new set of skills to wield. It’s what keeps us sharp, and ensures that our clients are getting the best version of ourselves.
